COVID-19 MITIGATION PLANS
The situation regarding Covid-19 continues to evolve.
 

• We strongly encourage vaccinations and being up-to-date on boosters.  You will be asked to attest that you are vaccinated as part of the registration waiver.
   

• Masks are not required but are supported.
   

• We recommend that you wear a mask when out and about in the days leading up to the Gathering to reduce your risk of contracting the virus before it is detectable in testing.

• If you are exhibiting flu-like symptoms at the time of the Gathering  PLEASE DO NOT COME-- even if it turns out to be regular cold or flu.  We will work with you on possible refunds if you cannot come or have to leave early because you are sick.
